Susanta brings in 23 years of rich experience in Business and IT transformation, Program Management, Business consulting , and technology planning . At PlacidSpring, he looks after Strategy, Planning, Consulting ,and marketing.
While working with companies like IBM, Siemens, Pricewaterhouse,Tata Communications, Aditya Birla Minacs, Kodak etc, Susanta has managed growth,operations , planning and strategy , budget, customer experience and complex program in Healthcare,Retail, Telecom, Airport, BFSI, and eGovernance domains for customers in Asia, Europe and USA.
Susanta has successfully built practices in Customer Experience, Data science, Enterprise planning and multi channel retailing, cloud computing from scratch and has managed global presales and managed partners for around 10 countries.
Susanta is an electronics and communication engineer with MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar(XIMB),India.
Venkatesh N G, Co-founder and Director, Technology
Venkatesh has over 25 years of experience in software architecture, design and development. During this period, he’s led several client-server and web based application development projects for clients acoss the globe. He is a specialist in Open source and Microsoft technologies and platforms. Along with technical development,Venkatesh has been an active member of quality and process implementation teams.
As part of his current role, Venkatesh is heading the technology practices and is leading teams in application development across various technology stacks.
Venkatesh has previously worked at emids Technologies, Aditya Birla Minacs and National Informatics Centre. He is an Computer Science and Engineering graduate from SDM College of Engineering, Dharwad.
